In waiting for my "good" engine I tought fitting a regular B21ET in a 140 so I can have some fun already. I putted it straight and I saw the original intake manifold of the engine hits the steering column. The brake booster I already solved with a longer bar.
I was thinking of using a B230 manifold cause I thought they were built otherwise (wasn't the throttle body placed below of it?) Don't know this will do it with just the manifold swap.
