Got the oil pan a bit modified
Now the oil should not escape from the pick up as easily as in stock setup.

I´ll put 268/9.6 Enem cam on intake and 276/10.4 Enem cam on the exhaust at this next engine.

Dropped the engine back in the enginebay, so that I can do the gearbox rearmount and check the clearances. Began to do new downpipe and exhauspipe.

Okok i see, why do you gonna go with that spec, why not de 276 on intake and 268 on exhaust?

I was told that this would work best at my engine setup. 2.3 bottom end, ported head, 38x1.5mm primaries on exhaust manifold and after the collectors 41.5x1.5mm up to the turbo. I am looking to get 500whp with good power band.
got the downpipe and firewall modifications done.

Not the prettiest outcome, but it is functional. With a little paint it will propably look semi-decent.

Got 26x9.5 Hoosiers mounted on wheels. They look pretty beefy and I really hope they will fit...

26x9,5 fits on my rekord, but I got different wheels and a volvo rearend. But there is no problem clearing the wheelwells!

Yeah, the fitment was quite close because my wheels should be more inwards.
Oil for my GS6-37DZ gearbox and 8mm sinter plate. Ortered these from Lensu power shop and the delivery was Super fast.
Put a JIC12 fitting into the oilpan because there is no place for oil return in Saab B206 cylinder block. Hope this works.

Painted the exhaust manifold with VHT flame proof
Hionta ja koneistus HS OY machined the turbine housing for 3.5" V-band fitting.
Double checked the cam timing and now it should be 108/108.

Had to "machine" a bit of the gearbox input shaft. This gearbox has been made for Opel flywheel and clutch, so the input shaft was a bit too long to my setup.
I had to adjust also the throw out bearing, because my flywheel and clutch setup is taller than Opel parts. Minor adjustments with angle grinder
Engine and gearbox was already in the engine bay and engine was running for few seconds, but I had to remove it once again. I am looking to get it properly running next week. Then I can book dyno time and get it tuned.
