Put engine and gear box back in the car, so I can measure out the universal joint. I´ll propably use BMW front bit and 240 Volvo rear piece, because Volvo has sliding piece in the last part.

Why?
I am building a street/track toy, starting with a 234 199hp, and I find the T5 awesome. It just works and is very tunable. Also, CarPcControl allows you to modify/switch maps online, add stage boost and shift boost.
Almost for free, if you still have the donor car on your backyard.

I don´t use T5 because I already have Tatech Pro32 ECU and wiring loom and I am not interested to buy some Saab in the yard of my carage I do know benefits of the T5, but I have that aftermarket ECU already purchased and it worked perfectly with my previous engine.

Fiuh. Finaly I got drivers side windows done.



Well... Almost. There is adjusting and finishing left, but most of the work is done.

Times were crap, but it was running!

Put some paint on doors.



Weighted also those and with windows scale ended up in 14kg. Still missing door handles, but they don´t weigh much.

Pedal box will be just fine, with a little pedal modification.



And some how I sould bring steering wheel closer to driver. Maybe add some lenght to steering axle and then it would be just fine.

Got the pedalbox modifications done and it turned out pretty good.



Also made bracket for radiator and intercooler.

Test fitted rear windows today (again)

Yes, windscreen will be stock. It would have been a bit too hard to do and it wouldn´t have been legal on road.
