Anyone know who and where have made that kinda header?
Primary and secondary tubes are both hair over 41mm OD.
Is it too small with 40DHLAs and R-cam?
Primary tubes arent even nearly same lenght
How much HP you can get with so small pri/sec tubes?

Is it a 2 lit b20 i would Day tjat you van reach THE engines HP egen fullt built.
And that om a 2 lit would be stund 200hp as max.

Any succestions how long should be from head to the collectors smallest part?
My plan is to make collector from two 42mm 60deg angle pieces so that its like 2x42mm in 1x50mm out and right after that about 150mm long cone from 50mm to 2.5"?
Im happy if it can handle 150hp in the future so i think 41mm pri/sec is okey?
Tube ares is slightly bigger that exhaus port so that should not be too small for my plans?

Hi, 150 hp, then i like id 37 mm pri , give you better tq curve

How much space there should be between carbs and header?
Need to grind intake manifold at carb flange to fit with header.
And hammered primary tubes little but theres only about 3-5mm space between header and carb-body.

That header is the old type that Volvo sold in the 60:s.
There are better ones now with the middle pipes outboard so that primary length is more near.

Okay,thanks.
Engine runs now much better below 3500rpm and more torque compared to original manifold with 44mm OD secondary tubes.
No noticeable difference at higher rpms.
Primary+sec tube lenght from flange to collector is now near 1000mm,maybe thats little too long?
Engine doesnt like to rev over 6500rpm,maybe because original 6-bolt B20 bottom with 480 000km behind.Not sure about mileage but not in best shape anyhow.
Or should it be more rev happy with R-cam?
Same thing was with original exhaust manifold.
