hi guys as title says i need a good cam for my 530 ported head and a set of spark plugs for my new build just wanted some recommendations on whats best for my application

ahhhh man i thought £400 was quite a bit lol as they do some for £200 lol

jens in picture they have expanded joints but but when my arrived it hasent :/ which sucked a bit so emailed kl racing to here what they say. all pipes are near enough same length welds arnt bad. i would of got a mild steel one but didnt know they done them with a t3 flange till after i brought it

any one?

hi all just got my stainless steal exhaust manifold yesterday from kl racing and looks ok just been hearing a lot of people saying they are prone to cracking and its got me paranoid. what are everyone's opinions on this? the manifold in question is this one http://shop.klracing.se/sv/artiklar/volvo-...

yer 100 octane at pump over here . and jens give me some specs of your builds. also what do you mean by over camming it? do you mean a cam with to much lift? also jens check your facebook ive added you.

turbo at first will be hx35 then maybe a 40 if needed.i dont no what e85 is lol? i do no its some sort of hi octane fuel. but i will just be using standard 100 octane fuel. also whats the bit about the colektor?
