Finish honing now, and with the stressplate it does change the pattern a bit. Measuring the pistons(used b234f) 12mm down the skirt gives -0,05mm Measuring the bores after honing they give me +0,12mm, or a total piston-bore clearance of 0,17mm. Im still running stock sized pistons, and another question is how much clearance the B230(4) will run before it starts rocking the pistons excessivly.
I can clean up the bores at approximately 96,09mm bore. It seems excessive, but what do you guys think?

The box is different from say aw341 in the control method, since the electric shiftvalves are operted in sequence, not in patterns. Well, i will rather think i need more low end torque to drive stall up higher. I cant simulate that with the manual gb, cause what you are suggesting will obviously kill power. A small update. The car has been dynoed on a rolling road to 561bhp/6073rpm, and 685Nm/5403rpm @295kpa manifold pressure. Ordinary Shell Vpower. Fastest 201: 1,77sek 60feet 7,91sek 201m Fastest 402 last year. 1/4 in 12,32sek @ 196km/t It puzzles me that the engine falls "flat" on its face ...

Solved. So here is the plot: The fuel pressure clock was giving readings of 3bar at priming, and drop to 2,2 after quite some time. Not unusual. It was reading a bit on the high side at engine vacuum but nothing alarming. Clock was moving accordingly to vaccum so we though fuel pressure was fine. Te...

Reflashed MS2. No changes.
Replaced MS2, with old software, no changes.
Updated it, no changes.
Swapped manifold back to F intake, kept 840cc injectors, no changes.
Swapped to 465cc injectors, then it was a bit less obvious, but otherwise not really different.
Will try swapping cam back to A-cam.
