B230ft camshaft instaling

I have instaled KL-Racing T2 camshaft/lach caps/camgear to my B230ft, and have some questions
In KL-Racing website camshaft specs say that cam needs to be instaled at 2.5mm itake lift of first cilynder at TDC.
But if i want to set the cam on 2.5mm lift at TDC, i need to fully advance my camgear at 10 degrees.


can someone give me advices ? maybe i need to jump 1 teeth of my belt and then set camgear at 0 ?

Isn´t it the fourth cylinder you´re supposed to measure at?

I don't get the problem, you have been given the information needed, lift at TDC.

You can not jump a teeth on the gear to get the TDC lift desired, the gear manufacturer will sue you in court and you'll end up in Guantanamo for the rest of your life.

om kamaxeln är advancad eller retardad vid det tdc lyft du fått får du fråga den du köpt kamaxeln av. det bestäms då man justerar till det lyft man fått.

köper man kam av mig kan man få flera tdc mått både lite advansad, nollad, och lite retardad som man sen kan testa fram i dynon eller på vägen.

ett kam drev justerar man bara på för att få rätt tdc mm, skalan visar inte vart kamaxeln är "nollad"

I was being a little sarcastic...

My advice is to do whatever it takes to get the desired TDC lift. If you have to move the belt one tooth then do it.

I would also move the belt so the adjustment is closest to centre when the cam is in the "right" position.
then you have space to both advance and retard it

what i wanted to say
thanks all to comments, ill take a dyno in friday/saturday
tryed to run on 4-6 degrees advance on camgear, much better low end on dyno i will try to run 4 -6 -8 degrees and will see

went to dyno, and the results with cam adjusting and 1.2-1.3bar with 16t cam instaled like stock, on 0.
v2 run 2 degrees advance
v3 run 4 degrees advance
v4 run 6 degrees advance

now need convert to LH2.4 ..
