Are stainless steel valves suitable to use in B20 original cast iron guide?
Valves are 38mm 214n stainless with chromed stems.
Same valves o think that KL-racing have in category.
If suitable to use with cast iron guide,how much there should be clearance valve to guide?

should not be a problem, Chevy used guides that was a part of the head (cast iron) and some aftermarket valves was stainless (as in my car). when the guides was worn you either knurled the guides or put in separate ones. Mark: chevy used in original configuration valve seals that allowed for a certain amount amount of of oil leakage through the guides. With more modern guides (material) you could use real seals.

My plan is to leave stem seals off on the exhaust side to be sure lubrication works.
It may be butning oil in the exhaust but its better than seized valve. And if it smokes too much they can be installed later.
