Well, I don´t know about testing before winter. It would be ok if I could get to drive few meters :)

Heres a good tip for you.

If you do not want to blow any more head gaskets in the future, I would pull out those pistons and put hem in a lathe and turn 1,1mm of the piston crown.
That way you can use the rigid B205 MLS head gasket fitted to production Trionic 7 engines.

Thanks for the tip, but I am going to use that original head gasket because I don´t want lower compression ratio. Also I have heard that it is OK over 600hp. And after all that old head gasket was OK, there were just so much ethanol mixed in oil that I thought head gasket was broken.

Now I bought a crank case evacuation kit. I was wondering if it is worth assembling? Exhaust nozle should probably be placed after lambda sensor, but how much? Is few centimeters enough?

Once again started to take engine off. Reason this time is leaking crank shaft sealing.

Crank shaft sealing changed. Now waiting for Volvo valve springs, Enem camshafts and adjustable cam sprockets to be assembled.
