May I ask when its needed to fill the engine with betong? My engine won't be having a other crank cause I just can't find anything over here. The engine will not rev over 7500rpm. So when is it exactly needed, higher rpm range, at a certain amount of boost (in combination with the CR) or...

Went to different shops this month and I don't find much wich could be used for putting in the engine.

this is the shizniz u need
http://www.hardblok.com/info.html

or moroso block filler

u realy dont want construction "sement" in your block it often expands to mutch causing stress to the cylinders and also u often get cylinders out of roundness and will need reboring of the cylinders

varning this is an non revesible process and once the filler is cured it no way back remember add filler before boring the block due to the cylinder often gets out of roud.. fill to much and you will have cooling system troubles

filling to the top of the waterpump hole is most common. once it has cured dig out the blovkfiller around the waterpump hole to get the circulation back in the cooling system

Since spring is back in the country the temperatures outside allow me to work again on the car itself. I pulled the support arms and torque rods from the rear axle for letting it powercoating somewhere next week. I had some bad feelings about some spots on the car were the previous owner tried to hide the bad spots and yes my feelings were correct.

I tried last weekend to create a thing called "grenror" Don't know if it will be the final version though. Any tips on the do's and dont's are welcome, cause its my first design ever...

That looks very smooth! :)
What will be the exhaust runner length when you're done with the merge/collector?
It would be nice with a photo from above too.

With everything placed I guess about 80cm's when it arrives at the turbo
