Since I'm working now, the parts are comming in a lot quicker then when the time I studied.

After my Amazon I wanted to built a "quicker" car. First I wanted to built a amazon turbo, but then I could trade 240 parts for a 142. The car was in. I had bought several parts already from a guy who raced with a group-a back in '87-'89 in belgium. So my goal is a 142 with ex-group-a stuff. Here in Belgium no vintage volvo car is turbo-ed, so I want to let the old guys freak out over here :)

Some specs of the engine/car I would like to have:

*B23 engine
*SPM 145mm rods
*std B23ET pistons
*ported&polished 531
*MSD 6 BTM ignition
*megasuirt
*Längerer & Reich intercooler
*custom intake
*+90 style exhaust manifold
*group-a turbo
*3" downpipe
*double AP racing clutch
*adjusted flywheel
*M400 gearbox (custom m400-m40 bellhousing)
*160 axle with the internals from my 1031 race axle (Volvo-R LSD and 4,1:1 ratio)
*160 front axle with vented 240 discs & 240 calipers
*polyurethane bushings all around
*koni adjustable shocks
*sport springs
*ipd swaybars

thanks, they are 1" in front and 3/4" for the rear, ordered by a volvo shop called wagner&gunther in germany. So the shipping costs were only 15euros.

The closest importer is the company I got them from,

Complete kit was 400euros, but it's wurth it, I drove my friends 140E and it feels som much different then a stock one.

I just did a search by a transportcompany (UPS) from Hamburg to Göteborg. It takes (on paper) about 2days and it would cost about 27euro's thats 252SEK for a package of 4kg. Don't know exactly what the package weighted so...

since i'm going to use a 240 axle iäd only use the front bar, dunno if a GLT/TURBO bar from 240 will do at rear... but im in no hurry for those parts yet, time will tell :) looking farward to see future pics of yor car anyway!

reading this forum can have some serious consequences for a turbo choice :p, I got it for 400euros, used 8times for traktor pulling.

Is there any site were I can find info about the spänruller which has to be made for placing a 16v head. Saw that a vw ruller is used several times.

the head has arrived in the meanwhile, boring the block would normally be the next step.
