What kind of power i can except?

The question is same as the subject, how much power i can make with this redblock setup?

I have a b21 block which is bored and honed to 92.50 and i put a new mahle -9cc dish casted orig. pistons to it.
Then i have a nice ported 530 head which flows about 200cfm with 46/38 valves, i have a double valve springs and a camshaft which has a duration of 280 degrees at 1mm lift and 12mm max lift, lobe separation angle is 111.

I put a Kl-racing's cast intake manifold to it.

For exhaust i use a tubular one which is a twin-scroll setup.

Turbo is a holset hx40 super, i put boost pressure between 1.6-1.8

My goal is to rev this thing to 7000rpm and a limiter is in 7200rpm.

I use a microsquirt to fuel and spark.

So: what kind of power i can except at 98e or a e85?

My guess is 350 on 98 @ 1.5 (knocklimited)and 420 on E85 @ 1.8 bar

Up against 650 engine power on e85 i would say is possible(give or take)

What i had to reconsider if i go to 98e to e85.

I haven't build my fuel system yet, but i had a fuel pump and regulator already, and they have an8 fittings, so i made fuel systems at an8, is that big enough from 600hp. My fuel pump has 300 l/per h limit, is that enough or do i have to buy a another pump like this.

at 7000 max and 1.8 bar max at engine whithout problem
but as others say 650 if you let it rev a bit higher and boost over 2 bar

HX40 compressor inducer = 60mm.... 60x60= 3600 divided by factor of 6 = 600 Hp. This is what the compressor will support at 98 octane and normal engine (2 valve) E85 will give figures about 10% higher and 4-valve about 10% more again.

The engine must flow enough to make this power at 2.2 Bar (max flow for the wheel) at lower or higher boost it will flow less (less efficiency)

Remember that turbine wheel exducer is only 64mm for this turbo, that will give you problems to max the compressor out, for reaching figures above, you should at least have the biggest turbine of the HX40 series, 67mm exducer. (or a big housing, but that will give you slower spool.)

I bought turbo literally couple hours ago.

It has a #18 exhaust housing.

I bought an unit that has one bench drive for it, it costs 400€, so it was also dirt cheap.

Does anyone have a good compressor map of this?

You will not get 650 hp at 2 bars with that camshaft.
It is good for maybe 160 hp N/A.
So just below 500 engine hp at 2 bars.

The turbo makes bigger difference than one can belive.
Engines with 140 N/A is tested many times. Most of the turbos tried, deliver not more than 500 Hp @ 2Bar but HX40 gave us 600+ with ease (so does S-200 and other good turbos too)
