the one i have is like this one on ebay maybe the flange is warped, im not sure. It blows the middle out of the gasket, as in one of the 3 layers. Maybe not clamped properly then? Im sure when i fitted it i used a steal ruler to check. I have bought some 1.2 copper today, i was hoping this may work?

i have tried that but it blows the center out of the gasket! its a rally car so it gets quite hot. its a non turbo.

I am having problems with my cast manifold, every 200 miles it seems to leak from the head or from where it goes into 2 to the down pipes. I am only using a standard type gasket though. is there upgraded ones maybe out of copper somewhere?

His whp is in my dyno engine hp. so a voc at 154-160 ehp is fairly normal.
